It has been way too, long since I updated the blog.
Lots of new things going on in my life. when I last wrote about showing my new wirehaired dachshund, well, things went exceptionally well over the past 4 years. Chuck is now a Silver Grand Champion with 3 raly and obedience titles. Chuck was the #15 all breed wire in 2013 & # 9 Owner Handler wire dachshund. This year hewas #15 Breed, #20 all breed, & #8 Owner handler and at Eukanuba was choosen Best of Opposite Sex in The AKC National Owner Handle Series .
In my sewing business things have been in flux., since moving to the midwest, Merriam, Kansas. Right near Kansas City, Kansas, a mile or so. I am still sewing for Santa, and Santaaccessories.com. also, I have been doing alteration for a local company and embroidery on stockings, blankets, backpacks, etc.
Hope to do more sewing this year for dog owners and more dog shows with our 2 new girls who are both Champions. Hope to have a litter of puppies this year. Wishing everyone a Happy Prosperous New Year!

New projects
Hello,
It is time to add to the blog. First, my thanks to Michelle Armas for getting this blog set up and going. She is a wonderful artist. Check out her work at http://www.etsy.com/.
This summer I am traveling a bit, in between helping/visiting family and showing my new wirehaired dachshund at dog shows. His name is Chuck and he already has 8 of the required 15 points needed for his championship status.
My machine goes with me on my travels. I've done embroidery for some dog owners and am working on clothing and designs for my Professional Santa and my budding clothing designer's line of clothing. I rely heavily on my experience and fitting skills learned with Pati Palmer at her Palmer/Pletsch school in Portland, OR for both of these clients. My world is never boring and always interesting & exciting.
